Design Onion
Design Onion specialise in the design and creation of bespoke furniture, installations and architectural features. A graduate of Letterfrack Furniture College in Connemara, Ronan Lowery founded Design Onion in 2007.
“I draw my inspiration from natural elements and I also have a great fondness for the complexities of mathematics. It is important for me that each piece of furniture I design and make can tell a story, whether it comes from the form of the piece, the materials I use, or reflections of the clients personality.”
Working with solid woods, plastics, metal and glass, Design Onion have secured commissions with private and corporate clients and have recently profiled work at Saloni, Milan.
