Sue Cathcart
Sue Cathcart graduated from Saint Martin’s College Lancaster in 1986 and has been working in mixed media for over twenty years.
Sue specialises in creating satirical collages and three dimensional characters.
"I use fabric and paper and paint and the printed word in my collages to create an amusing but familiar scene. The words are very important, they must create a voice that amuses but also hits a chord. I want to entertain but I also want to make people think and question things".
Sue retails cards and prints in a variety of outlets and special one off pieces are regularly exhibited at SpaceCRAFT.
