‘How to Develop and Manage Business and Creative Strategy Objectives’ is the first seminar of Craft NI’s new Business Development Programme 2012-2013. It takes place on the 20 January 2012 (10am-3pm) and is free to attend.
Craft NI is delighted to announce the start of the new Business Development Programme 2012 – 2013. This programme, which is funded by Invest Northern Ireland as part of the making it 2011 programme, will be delivered by Dr Rachel Smart. There will be 8 seminars open to interested makers. The seminars cost £25 each, except the inaugural seminar which is free to attend, though booking is essential.
Seminar 1 – How to Develop and Manage Business and Creative Strategy
Objectives:
• Begin to think strategically, understand your own story and describe it for others
• Understand your work and describe it for others
• Plan your entire career as a designer
• Begin to understand the sections of a business plan and learn how to keep notes for it.
