Successful Trade Event Planning

Craft NI exhibition at the Ulster Museum

Craft NI is hosting a Professional Development Day for makers who wish to exhibit at trade and craft fairs, 24 January 2012 (11am-3.30pm) at the University of Ulster. The event is free.

The development day will provide the steps required to have a successful trade event including planning, people, promotion, display, funding and follow up.

The day will be hosted by Clare Phillips, who will share her experience of the leading trade events for the crafts and design sectors within the UK and Internationally. Clare will shed light on trade events from the buyer and commissioner perspective and cover the planning and promotion required in order to maximize your profile at an event.
