The Fellowship Programme aims to shape creative leaders through in-depth learning, tailored as far as possible to the needs, aspirations and circumstances of the individuals selected.

Each Fellowship will include:
• Two intensive residential leadership courses in September/October 2012 and June/July 2013
• 3 month placement
• Professional development through mentoring, coaching, training and group learning
• Time for reflection, discussion and debate.
