Elbow Room, on behalf of Leadbitter, Cardiff Community Housing Association, Cardiff Council and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, would like to commission an artist or artist collaboration to work with the Design Team to develop and implement creative design solutions/permanent artworks within the Loudoun Square Redevelopment site.

The artist’s design fee for the project is £7,500. The indicative budget for the implementation of the artist’s designs is £54,000, in addition to materials already accounted for in the design of the square that may be used or adapted by the artist where appropriate.

Deadline for Expressions of Interest is Monday 10th January 2011.
