The online directory of contemporary craft in Northern Ireland was launched in 2009 and occupies a prominent position on Craft NI's new website.

In 2009-10 Craft NI received 20,000 visitors to the website. As part of promotional campaigns, Craft NI regularly markets businesses on the directory to collectors, buyers, exhibition visitors and other key audiences for the craft sector.

The directory serves to support high quality craft which is Craft NI’s key priority and the 40 craft businesses currently profiled on the site reflect Craft NI’s quality criteria.

To help build the directory, Craft NI is now calling for craft businesses interested in being profiled on the directory. As part of this profile, selected applicants will receive support for profile editorial and photography.
