Craft Pottery Charitable Trust
The trust awards funding to persons involved in ceramics in the UK.
The Craft Pottery Charitable Trust was set up in 1991.
It makes grants in line with the following criteria:
awards are made to persons involved in ceramics.
the benefit should apply as widely as possible.
to assist in the preparation of books, travel, film, conference attendance and organisation, and other
projects relevant to ceramics at the discretion of the trustees.
The Trustees will not support the following:
grants towards formal education.
student exhibitions.
subsistence and living expenses other than during a period of grant aided travel or conference attendance.
Date for Applications:
Applications must be submitted by 15th December each year. The Trustees meet in January and will inform applicants of the outcome in February.
The Trustees have only limited funds available for allocation. Therefore, the maximum sum awarded is £1,000. However, applicants are encouraged to apply for lesser sums where possible. Please state exactly the amount you are requesting.
