Derbyshire Arts Development Group has raised funds from Arts Council England and Esmee Fairbairn Foundation for an ambitious 2 year programme of site specific contemporary art commissions across Derbyshire, titled re:place.

re:place will have three manifestations:

Site-specific commissions – at least four major commissions over two years.
Non-commissioned programme – this will include curating existing work, for example from the ACE Collection, and touring work in collaboration with partners, and is open to curatorial proposals from artists, curators and organisations.
Badging and support for artist-led projects throughout the county
