Two travel bursaries are offered to allow individuals to attend a conference, event or masterclass that they would not normally be able to afford. In doing so, the individual will gain experience to encourage and develop their ideas. 

There are two categories: one for established artists and one for recent graduates. To be eligible the applicants must be a current member of CGS. Each award is for £500, and the application is assessed by two members of the CGS committee and an independent overseer.

Successful candidates will be asked to write a short report with images on the outcome of their visit, for the CGS newsletter. For more information on the bursaries please see the CGS website.
