Understanding Business Strategy & Planning

The next seminar of Craft NI’s Business Support Programme takes place on 14 September 2011, Ulster Museum. Dr Rachel Smart, MBA, design business consultant, will lead delegates through practical approaches for new businesses and a kick start for established businesses that need to re-examine their business strategy.

Strategic planning involves defining the direction of your business and having a clear plan for the future. In this module Dr. Rachel Smart will provide tailored advice to assist in the development of long term business strategy whilst also enhancing the operations of those who work to commission and/or produce product ranges.

The seminar runs from 11am – 1.30pm as part of Craft NI's Business Support Programme.
