BBA Artist Prize

The BBA Artist Prize is open for applications. Over 20 artists will be selected by an international jury to exhibit in Kühlhaus Berlin, a 600 sqm venue, during Gallery weekend Berlin in April 2023.

Prizes:

  • 5 prizes will be awarded, including international exposure, a solo show and cash prizes of up 1k and more.
  • For the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners DEEDS.NEWS will award a group show @CSR.ART Contemporary Show Room, Friedrichstraße in Berlin-Mitte.
  • All three winners and their works will be featured as an interview on DEEDS.NEWS.

Eligibility:

  • The BBA Artist Prize is open to artists over the age of 18, there are no restrictions on experience or background.
  • All themes are welcome, however, the jury will be looking for Visual excellence, storytelling, conceptual thinking, technical craftsmanship, subject depth, and understanding.

Deadline for submissions is Monday 9th January.
