SUMMARY:Pottery Taster for 2 with Adam Frew
DESCRIPTION:This is an opportunity to try out pottery in your own private 3 hour lesson for 2 with Adam. Suitable for all levels\, from beginners to improvers. The emphasis will be on having fun and making a variety of pots. Students will each select their best pots to be fired. These will be glaze fired in the gas kiln and ready 3-4 weeks after the session for collection/shipping can be arranged. \nTea and coffee provided. \nAdditional students can be added at a cost of £80 per person. SUMMARY:Silver Jewellery Making Workshop
DESCRIPTION:An exciting course which includes a traditional and contemporary approach to jewellery making and design. You will be guided through the basics of annealing\, cutting\, soldering\, doming\, texturing and the use of safe enamelling to build towards a little jewellery collection. \nMaterials and tools: basic materials including copper sheet and wire will be given as part of the class. Individuals may wish to purchase precious metal\, stones\, etc. as they go along. The price of these can be discussed and advised individually with your tutor. If you have some jewellery making hand tools you can bring them along.
