Marsh Heritage Crafts Maker of the Year Award

The Marsh Heritage Crafts Maker of the Year Award by the Marsh Charitable Trust in partnership with Heritage Crafts, are open. This award of £1,000 is to recognise a heritage craftsperson who is ‘outstanding in their specific craft and the contribution they have made to crafts in general’.

“This award will recognise a contribution that is far beyond the ordinary, either a lifetime’s work dedicated to a particular traditional skill or an outstanding contribution to raising the profile of their craft”.

Applications, whether a nomination for another maker or submitted by the maker themselves, must be submitted by Friday 29th April, at 5pm. You can find out more about this award here.
