Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council have created the Transform Your Business flagship support programme with the aim of delivering bespoke mentoring to small businesses to help them thrive and expand. Please note to take part your business must be based in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon borough area.

What support is targeted?

• Young entrepreneur support
• Early export support/First steps to exporting
• Digital transformation action plans for traditional businesses
• Social enterprise support
• Support for innovation

How does is work:

It is delivered through one-to-one mentoring with expert business advisors. The mentors are carefully chosen by our delivery partner Innovate-NI with skills in areas like:

• Strategies for innovation
• Digital / Technology Tools
• Making Tax Digital Support
• Early Exporting
• HR, Financial management & just about any aspect of growing a business you can think of.
