Wellbeing and self-care for makers

11 March 2021

Deadline: March 29, 2021

While we have largely been focussed on delivering practical support and training over the past year, you have also told us about the need for support with your mental health.

We have now teamed up with INSPIRE to deliver a workshop that will reflect on your capacity to build emotional resilience in the face of uncertainty. The workshop will focus on personal and relational resilience when adversity casts a long shadow over sustainable recovery post Covid.

John Foster will deliver a 1 hour session via Zoom which will have a particular focus on the importance of Emotional Intelligence in crafting self-worth and designing hope for the future.

This first session is limited to 25 participants, with a further session to be confirmed if needed.

Please Register Here and we will confirm the date with you next week.
