Deadline: January 30, 2025Ards and North Down Borough Council offers a number of grants and bursaries to help support different creative and cultural activities within the borough.
For Individuals
- Arts Residency Bursary to Ballinglen Arts Foundation, two-week residency at Ballinglen Arts Foundation in Co. Mayo for practitioners of visual arts / crafts resident in the Ards and North Down Borough. Deadline 30th January.
- Arts Residency Bursary to the Tyrone Guthrie Centre, one week residencies at the Tyrone Guthrie Centre in Annaghmakerrig, County Monaghan for practitioners in all art forms who are currently based in the Ards and North Down Borough. Daedline 30th January.
- Individual Artists Grant, Professionally practicing artists in any art form can apply for a maximum grant of £250. Deadline 24th February.
- Youth Arts Training Grant (aged 11 -21 years), Young people aged 11 – 21 years practicing in any art form can apply for a maximum grant of £250. Deadline 24th February.
For Groups
- Arts Project Grant, Arts Project Grants are available to support and develop community arts-based events, projects or activities that take place in the Ards and North Down Borough and can apply for a maximum of £1,000 grant. Deadline 21st January.
- Heritage Project Grant, Heritage Project Grants are available to assist heritage-based events, projects or activities that take place in the Ards and North Down Borough. A maximum grant of £500 is available. Deadline, 21st January
