CRAFT NI MAKERS DIRECTORY | Application Form

 

Thank you for applying to be part of Craft NI’s Maker Directory, where makers in Northern Ireland who have achieved a high standard in their discipline can be found for sales, commissions and recommendations.

The information given on this form will be used to assess the suitability of your work for inclusion on the new Craft NI Directory. If you have featured on the previous Craft NI Directory, we are asking you to apply again to the new, up to date Directory, which will show the full range of Northern Ireland’s many talented makers.

Please do not assume the assessment panel already knows your work.

The information supplied will be assessed against standardised criteria regarding the quality of the work and how/where you make it.

Please note that forms submitted after 31 May, 2021 will be reviewed in autumn and notifications sent on 30 September.

I understand that the provision of inaccurate or out of date information on my entry by me may lead to automatic removal from Craft NI’s Maker Directory. I note that Craft NI reserves the right to refuse any application to the Maker Directory where the applicant is not eligible under any of the required registration criteria as outlined above. Craft NI reserves the right to review, alter, change or amend these criteria any time and without prior notice, however we will endeavour to consult with Maker Directory members wherever possible.
