Applications are open for Christmas Craft Fair at Nottingham Contemporary, taking place across the 30 Nov and 1 Dec, with a Launch Evening on Fri 29 Nov.

 

Application requirements:

Nottingham Contemporary are looking for independent designers, makers and small businesses across a broad selection of disciplines with a focus on quality and original design. Applications will be carefully selected on the quality of their submission. The fair aims to bring a variety of fields, price points and makers to audiences.

Stalls cost £210 (inclusive of the 3 days)

A limited number of walls are available at an additional cost of £40 per wall.

Please indicate on your application form if you would like to include a wall in your stall price.

Unfortunately, the fair cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil all requests for walls.

Included in the cost:

• Trestle table approx 182x68cm, white tablecloth and two chairs (optional)
• Marketing via social media to our reach of 127k – Paid social media advertising
• Printed flyers (+5000) and posters distributed around Nottingham
• Hand to hand flyering distribution during the weekend of the event
• Craft Fair Launch Evening on Fri 29 Nov (a preview evening with a DJ or live music + free drinks to the first 100 visitors
• Mail outs to wide audience and details across our website
• Other marketing outreach –
• 10% discount in shop and the café, Blend at Contemporary
• Team to assist set up / take down
• Free tea and coffee throughout the weekend
• Walls, (if you have selected one, at an extra cost of £40) which you can screw, pin, nail and stick directly onto

The galleries will also be open and are a popular attraction in Nottingham
