Artist Opportunity: Saltwater Square Sculpture Garden

Golden Thread Gallery, Translink, and Arts & Business NI are seeking artist applications for a new Community Sculpture Garden at Saltwater Square, the civic gateway to Belfast Grand Central Station.

This flagship project aims to commission three sculptural works that reflect Belfast’s shared future and creative spirit. Artists based in Northern Ireland are invited to help shape this major public space, creating memorable encounters for thousands of daily visitors.

Selection will involve a two-stage process, starting with an open competition.
