Noelle Mc Alinden lives in Fermanagh and is a creative adviser, artist, curator, mentor, arts educationalist and adviser with the Education Authority of Northern Ireland. Noelle is Human Rights activist, working across Ireland, Britain and internationally within the arts, educational, statutory, voluntary, youth and community sectors.
