22 April 2026

Deadline: April 26, 2026

National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks, Dublin | Sunday 26th April, 11 AM – 4 PM

The Guild’s AGM 2026 takes place on Sunday 26 April, 11am–4pm at the National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks, Dublin. With this year’s theme, Shaping a Sustainable Future: Innovative Materials and Responsible Making, the event explores how makers are responding to rising material costs and environmental responsibility through inventive, hands-on practice.

Speakers include Stuart Cairns, who works with found and natural materials; Frances McGonigle, who transforms textile remnants into bold wearable forms; and Sandra Wilson, known for her work with reclaimed precious metals. Together, they highlight a growing shift towards more resourceful and responsive approaches to contemporary making.

Final tickets are available, offering attendees the opportunity to engage in discussion, build connections, and gain new inspiration to bring back to their own studio practice.
