Future Foundation – Mentee and Mentor applications are now open

Future Foundation is a mentoring scheme and programme of training and development opportunities to Northern Ireland’s creative sector.
This programme matches experienced Creative Industry practitioners to those who are starting out in their careers or are simply seeking direction and support in their creative practice.
With the aim of providing industry context, useful connections, as well as much needed help and support.
Applications are now open for Mentees and Mentors for 2026/27
Future Foundation is a free mentorship programme for those hoping to develop their skills and careers within the Creative Industries in Northern Ireland. To be mentored, you must be over-18 and have at least one years experience within the Creative Industries.
Mentors are financially compensated for their time and must evidence 5 years working with Creative Industries and have capacity to guarantee at least 3 one-hour mentoring sessions between October 26 – June 27.
Please note that spaces are more limited this year than in previous years and submission of an application does not guarantee a match.
