Call for Makers – The Commons Christmas Fayre
17 September 2026
Deadline: September 30, 2026
The Commons is a vibrant community-led shared space on the Ormeau road. It is home to a evolving programme of arts, music performance and community events, as well as coffee rickshaw, food carts and ‘the wee shop’. Tucked inside one of Belfast’s wonderfully eccentric historic buildings, The Commons is a place where old meets new, where beautiful architectural details, quirks and stories of the past provide the backdrop for something fresh and creative.
On 12th December, from 2–7pm, The Commons will host its very first ever Christmas market – a festive gathering of independent makers, artists, creatives, food vendors and small businesses.
Organisers are looking for traders with something a little different – unique gifts, handmade pieces, great food, creative ideas and products with a story behind them. Forget the usual Christmas market. Think character, creativity, community and a distinctly Belfast atmosphere.
If you’re an independent business looking for a memorable setting to showcase your work this Christmas, we’d love to have you with us.
