Reactive Mentoring Support Pilot Programme

Ards and North Down Council have recently launched their Reactive Mentoring Support Programme, a fully funded initiative designed to help eligible businesses across the area respond to live, time-sensitive business opportunities. The programme provides targeted, specialist mentoring to businesses that need additional expertise or support to progress a current business opportunity.
The programme is particularly relevant to businesses that are currently working on, or considering submitting, a tender, quotation or innovation submission and would benefit from expert guidance to help strengthen their response.
Eligible businesses can access:
- Up to 7 hours of fully funded, one-to-one mentoring.
- Specialist expertise tailored to their specific business needs and opportunity.
- Targeted support focused on progressing a live opportunity and meeting relevant submission deadlines.
As the programme is designed to respond to live business opportunities, the council is particularly keen to reach businesses that have an immediate need for support.
