An Introduction to the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust and How to Apply for Funding

26 August 2022

As part of August Craft Month the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST), a charity which supports excellence in craftsmanship by funding the training and education of talented and aspiring makers, held an online zoom session focusing on how to apply for QEST funding. QEST offers scholarships of up to £18,000 and would welcome more applications from craftspeople in Northern Ireland.

Tune into the recorded session to below learn more about QEST and hear from two QEST Scholars about their own experiences of applying for funding: musical instrument maker Stephen McClenaghan and textile designer Mario Sierra.

This event was part of August Craft Month 2022.

If you have any questions, get in touch with info@qest.org.uk. The next application round will open in January 2023.
