ANDBC Entrepreneurship Business Support Programme

This fully funded programme is open to sole traders and early-stage entrepreneurs across Ards and North Down who are focused on strengthening, scaling and sustainably growing their business.
The Entrepreneurship Business Support Programme (EBSP) delivered by Core Growth, offers practical support to help you develop new opportunities and enhance the core skills needed to run and grow a successful business. The programme has been designed specifically for entrepreneurs who do not plan to recruit within the next 12 months but want to improve marketing and sales capability while also addressing wider challenges in areas such as resourcing, operations and finance.
Participants will benefit from expert-led learning, structured support and a focus on real implementation through 1:1 mentoring and group workshops leading to the development of a tailored and action-driven Growth Plan.
KEY DATES
Please note that mentoring will be delivered from December 2025 – March 2026. As mentioned above, the programme also provides a number of workshops; provisional dates are:
- Workshop 1 Programme Launch & The Entrepreneurial Leader – 20th January 2026 (9.30am – 12.30pm, in person);
- Workshop 2 Business Growth Essentials – 18th February 2026 (9.30am – 12.30pm, in person);
- Workshop 3 The Implementation Lab – 4th March 2026 (9.30am – 12.30pm, in person).
