Arts Infopoint UK Survey and Coffee Morning
5 September 2024
Deadline: September 20, 2024Arts Council Northern Ireland and Arts Infopoint UK would like to hear from artists, creatives and arts organisations with any experience of moving goods – sets and props, musical instruments, paintings, works of arts, merchandise, and any cultural /artistic goods into or from Northern Ireland via a short online survey.
This can be between Great Britain, the EU or any global region and Northern Ireland to capture as wide an audience and perspective as possible.
The evidence gathered will help us understand what barriers/friction currently exist when moving goods, allowing us to shape, advise and support more closely to the needs of those operating in Northern Ireland.
This survey closes on the 20th of September.
You can find the survey and share your thoughts here.
On the 10th September, Arts Infopoint UK will hold an online coffee morning at 9.30am where they will be explaining new EU border arrangements; European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) & Entry/Exit Systems (EES).
Are you planning touring, working or holiday plans in Europe and aware of new EU requirements coming into place for visitors from several countries, including UK nationals?
ETIAS will impact visitors from several countries.
EES will impact all non-EU nationals visiting countries using the system.
During the session you will gain knowledge about these new systems and what you need to do as an artist when travelling to European countries once these new systems have been introduced.
There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have.
This session will also be recorded, and resources will be shared after.
