We’re delighted to announce that August Craft Month 2022 is now open for applications. Northern Ireland’s unique celebration of the craft sector, provides opportunities for the public to experience, participate in, buy and learn about Craft.
This year, Craft NI, the Design & Crafts Council Ireland and Cork Craft and Design have come together to support the promotion and communications of all events across the island taking part in August Craft Month 2022. Profiling makers, highlighting venues, arts centres, retailers and the work of the Councils, August Craft Month works to increase the public’s understanding and appreciation of craft.
August Craft Month shines a spotlight on our talented makers and the joy of making, through opportunities for audiences to buy, see, make, and learn about craft this summer.
