August Craft Month Exhibition Opening: Pathways
About the event
Join us at the Craft NI Gallery on Thursday 3rd August to celebrate the opening of the August Craft Month Exhibition 2023, Pathways. Pathways will feature some of the best in contemporary craft and aims to celebrate and profile excellence in the craft sector as part of August Craft Month.
For the 2023 August Craft Month Exhibition, applicants were asked to respond to the theme of Pathways, whether this was interpreted as a series of connections, reflections of travels or environment, experiences or actions, a personal journey or a journey in making. We’re excited to explore the various meanings Pathways holds.
At 5.15pm, join special guest curator Annie for an artist talk, where we’ll learn more about her career and journey as a maker.
