Cotton Symposium

To coincide with their current exhibition, Cotton: labour, land and body on display at the Crafts Council Gallery in London until the 4th March 2023, the Crafts Council have released a ‘save the date’ for the Cotton Symposium.

Taking place on Friday 2 December, from 2-6pm, the Cotton Symposium has been created in partnership with Crafts. The symposium will feature a host of makers and thinkers from the world of contemporary craft and beyond.

This event will use Cotton: labour, land and body as a starting point to explore a range of themes from fast fashion to colonialism and global trade.

This event is supported by the Bagri Foundation.
