Digital design and fabrication at South West College

Digital design and fabrication has the potential to open new opportunities to designers and makers.
Sean McKenna at South West College in Enniskillen specialises in Digital Design & Manufacturing  and has been in touch with Craft NI to highlight the range of cutting-edge equipment at SWC, which includes metal 3D printers, laser cutters and CNC machines.
Sean has a background in architecture and jewellery design and is very open to collaborating externally to explore new ideas and opportunities.
The main support that could facilitate this is the £5,000 Innovation Voucher from Invest NI, designed to help develop a new product, process, or idea. Participants have the opportunity to avail of expertise, equipment and facilities provided by the college, free of charge, subject to successful applications.
