Efflorescence Open Call

BN9 Studio in Newhaven will return in February 2026 with Efflorescence, a national democratic exhibition of works celebrating the visual aspect of flowers, flora, and plants as they emerge and display their beauty.
Efflorescence is open to UK-linked artists who:
- Were born in the (UK), or
- Do, or have lived/worked in the (UK)
- Are/were educated in the(UK).
Efflorescence is open to all artists, makers, designers, and craftspeople, whether professional or amateur, at any stage of their career. Works are welcomed from artists, makers, and craftspeople at any stage of learning, career, or stage. Works can be created in any medium, including but not limited to painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, jewellery, photography, ceramics, textiles, sculptural, mixed media, and illustration.
Application deadline 31st December.
