Applications are open for the Historic Environment Division ๐‡๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ ๐ž Skills ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ Scheme. Stonemason, conservation Joiner, Blacksmith apprenticeships are available.

Successful apprentices will join the Historic Environment Divisionโ€™s Conservation Works Team, working alongside master craftsmen to be trained as either blacksmiths, stonemasons, or conservation joiners.

These apprentices will be expected to contribute towards the preservation of State Care sites as well as work towards a Level 3 in heritage skills within 3 years.
