David McCauley works out of a persistent passion for craftsmanship through both traditional and modern goldsmithing techniques and is dedicated to making beautiful, high quality jewellery.

Bio

A graduate of the Kilkenny Goldsmithing College, David McCauley has been designing and making jewellery for over a decade. Originally from Derry, David studied under master goldsmith David Thomas before moving to kilkenny for further study and training.
Upon graduating, David worked in the jewellery trade in Dublin for two years before returning home where his passion for jewellery first began. He now operates as a working goldsmith focusing primarily on Bespoke jewellery design.

David has previously sold his work at the Kilkenny Design shop in Dublin. He also has a very special one-off piece on display at the National Museum Of Ireland. David has also taken his hand at award design having designed the 2019 Talamh Smart Agriculture Award.
