Merrow Hotel & Spa has announced a competition to celebrate and showcase local creativity.

 

This is an invitation to creatives from all disciplines – applied artists, designers, makers, and storytellers – to submit work inspired by the area’s history, beauty, spirit and tell Merrow Hotel and Spa what the North Coast means to them. Winning entries will be featured throughout the hotel, with opportunities to advance to potential contracts.

The overall theme behind the project is: “Time inspires every story.”

 

“The journey of Merrow Hotel & Spa itself has been shaped by time. After more than a decade of vision, patience, resilience, and belief, it has been a real journey to bring the project to this stage. That story of perseverance and connection to place is something we would love creatives to take inspiration from within their submissions.
For us, this is about far more than design. It’s about storytelling, heritage, place, and the personal connection people have to the North Coast. We want the hotel to reflect the people, landscapes, memories, craftsmanship, and spirit of the area in a meaningful and lasting way.
We are inviting submissions across a range of categories including branding, photography, videography, murals, sculpture, interiors, textiles, ceramics, and more – for both internal and external spaces throughout the development.”
