Crafts represent a beautiful combination of cultural heritage, technical knowledge, and local identity. Across Europe, however, many traditional skills are facing severe challenges.

 

To help safeguard this knowledge, we have an open call for an expert consultant or research entity to conduct a comprehensive study on rare and endangered crafts across Europe. The selected partner will focus on mapping vulnerable crafts, collecting sector data, and formulating actionable policy recommendations. Building directly on our ongoing mission to overcome critical data gaps, this new research will join our existing library of seven milestone sectorial studies.
