This survey is voluntary. However, by completing this survey, you are helping evidence who works in the arts sector and the reality of their experience today in Northern Ireland – from demographics and Section 75 data to your experiences of pay, conditions and career progression. The survey is anonymised and individual responses will not be shared with your employer or the Arts Council. The Workforce survey includes employees and board members.

The Workforce survey does NOT include freelance contributors or volunteers (other than voluntary board members). We will be conducting research separately on freelancers later in the year.
