Q&A session with Royal Mail: Shipping to the US with Royal Mail and Parcelforce

A recording of the webinar held between Royal Mail in the UK and Global Trade Department, discussing the effects of the US suspension of the de minimis threshold.

 

This session looks at how Royal Mail have been working at warp speed to extend their PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) service to the US for both account and non-account customers in time for the changes coming into effect. The US PDDP service has launched today (28th August), however, we are aware that some of you do still have concerns.
