The Business Research Initiative

Ards and North Down Borough Council offer free business support to local businesses. “The Business Research Initiative was created to meet individual, specific needs of businesses within the borough to help improve performance, productivity, profitability, competitiveness and sustainability”.

This opportunity offers:

One-to-one advice

You can meet with an accredited and experienced Business Adviser for free support. The advice can be tailored to meet requirements relevant to your business type and industry. Common topics include marketing, financial forecasting, strategy, general management, growth strategies and more.

Mentoring

Bespoke mentoring connects you with local industry specialists on the topics that you need help with. Some common topics include marketing, general management, going digital, growth strategies and more.

 

Business research

The team offer help with business research, whether you need help researching new markets, are thinking about growing your business but don’t know where to start, are maybe considering employing more staff but need help with business templates, or even if you want to collaborate with other businesses but don’t know where to start?
