Vacant to Vibrant Capital Grants Scheme

The Vacant to Vibrant scheme has reopened for applications. Belfast City Council have secured an additional £700k in capital funding, £500k from the Department for Communities and £200k from Belfast City Council. The scheme aims to bring more jobs, creativity and vibrancy to Belfast’s arterial routes by supporting property owners and occupiers to bring vacant properties back into use.
Applications are now open for this new round of funding, contact vacanttovibrant@belfastcity.gov.uk to request an application pack.
