Vacant to Vibrant Capital Grants Scheme closing in July

The pilot capital grant scheme to incentivise both property owners and potential occupiers to bring vacant Belfast city centre spaces back into use and support the city centre’s revitalisation is closing in July 2024.

Grants ranging from £2,500 – £25,000 are available to bring a vacant unit/property back into use. For more information, check out Vacant to Vibrant on Belfast City Council’s website.

If you think the grant would be useful for your business, organisation or vacant property, get in touch with the team to secure funding before the scheme closes.

Please be advised that award of funding is based on an internal approval process that can take a number of weeks, and the grant is unable to cover costs prior to a Letter of Offer, should you application be successful. We therefore encourage you to review the schedule below and submit your application at the earliest opportunity.
