Visual Arts in Germany and the UK – an opportunity to network and learn

Internationalen Gesellschaft der Bildenden Künste (International Society of Fine Arts), touring artists and Arts Infopoint UK want to bring the visual arts scenes in Germany and the UK together. If you are a creative, gallerist, visual arts organisation, or even from another of the cultural sectors, come along to this online event on Monday 17th April at 4pm over zoom as they explore the visual arts in Germany and the UK.
During the session, key organisations will present the current funding and support structures for the visual arts in Germany and across all 4 nations of the UK. It will also be an important opportunity for you to meet each other and network during the session through breakout rooms, and an opportunity to ask the presenters questions.
Presenting from the UK will be:
- Visual arts officers from Arts Council of England, Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Arts Council of Wales and international officer from Creative Scotland
- UK-wide visual arts networks including CVAN (Contemporary Visual Arts Network)
Presenting from Germany will be:
- Daniel Lindenblatt from touring artists
- Representative from Internationalen Gesellschaft der Bildenden Künste
