Join tutor Jacki Bradley for a relaxed session of sewing as you learn the basics of patchwork by sewing a Spinning Star Block. You will then learn the basics of quilting as we machine quilt your finished star. All materials will be provided for the star and quilting. This will be finished as a cushion cover using the envelope method.

What you need to bring to the workshop:

  -Sewing machine, with a patchwork foot/1/4” foot though not essential

  -Light coloured thread

  -Basic sewing kit ie little scissors and pins 

This workshop is suitable for a confident beginner and above i.e. knowledge of how to use, thread and make bobbins on the machine.
