Join textile artist Angela Turkington for a fun workshop using Hapa Zome technique. This involves hammering flowers and leaves to print directly onto watercolour paper, bookmark blanks and pre-treated linen. 

This is a fun and easy craft to learn. Participants will design and create their own mini range of greeting cards, artworks for framing, bookmarks, gift tags, etc. using fresh seasonal flowers and leaves. It will also be possible to hand, or machine embroider the printed fabric, which adds a lovely finishing touch to the design. 

Hammers, acetate and materials will be provided. A sewing machine will also be available along with a variety of hand sewing embroidery threads and embellishments.
