Porcelain Slipcasting

Join local ceramicists Rebecca Killen and Laureanne Kootstra for a full day masterclass exploring the creative process of slip casting.

During this workshop you will have the opportunity to work with porcelain casting slip, a selection of plaster moulds and coloured porcelain. You will also learn about refining your cast pieces and how to apply surface decoration.

The tutors will fire three of your cast porcelain pieces which will be ready to be collected from The Ash Gallery in 2-3 weeks.

*Tea, coffee and lunch from our neighbours at Birch all included in cost of workshop.

*All materials and firings included in cost of workshop.
