Mr Papers Workshop

£35Top Floor Art are offering a fun workshop based on the Peggy & Mr Pegman creative kit which was designed during their Great Kit Challenge 2021.
Sue Cathcart and her humorous Mr Papers character will take part in this fun afternoon where participants will help Peggy create a beautiful outfit to impress the Lord Mayor as she has been invited to a party at Belfast Castle!
