Join Alison of ASTRL Fibres and learn how to handcraft a beautiful coiled basket which you can then take home with you. Over the course of this 2.5hr session, Alison will guide you through basic coiling and stitching techniques using recycled cotton cord in one of the four available colour options.

This workshop is suitable for those looking to try a new handcraft and no previous experience is required. The session will be seated in a relaxed setting but the coiling technique is repetitive and some physical hand strength is required. You will need to be able to coil and stitch for the duration of the session. This session is open to ages 12 + but children must be accompanied by an adult.
