Experience the magic of working with Murano glass  and create your own artisan beads in Maggie Napier’s studio. 

Perfect for an interactive and creative day out with friends or family, this class will let you explore your creativity and learn the techniques of creating beautiful glass beads by melting and shaping glass.

 ​In this workshop, you’ll learn the essential principles of glass beadmaking in a flamework torch, a craft that has been practiced for centuries. You’ll use Murano glass rods and Maggie will guide you through the process of creating your own unique beads, teaching you the fundamentals of working with molten glass in the flame, plus colour and pattern selection, design and the proper use of tools and equipment. 

A full day workshop is available at £150 per person, half day £75 per person. One to one tutoring is available (£40 per hour)
