Participants will be introduced to and experiment with a series of printmaking processes with a focus on working with and/or representing nature. Participants will learn the art of paper quilling and create a quilled pendant; guided by Emma Thorpe from Atlantic Rose participants will learn the basics of paper quilling and craft their own quirky colourful flower pendant. Under the guidance of goldsmith Diane Lyness, each participant will be taught traditional jewellery making techniques such as piercing, soldering, shaping, texturing and polishing to create a beautiful piece of jewellery to take home.
